Yes, we exclusively use naturally shed antlers collected from the forest floor. No animals are ever harmed in the creation of our jewelry and accessories.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Standard processing takes 3-5 business days, and shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 days depending on your location.
How should I care for my antler jewelry?
To maintain the natural luster, avoid prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals. We recommend wiping your piece with a soft, damp cloth and applying a small amount of mineral oil once a year.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-custom items in their original condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. International shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout.
